What UTM is and how to build UTM links properly
UTM is a set of five parameters appended to a link so analytics tools know where a visit came from. Without them every arrival from Facebook, from a newsletter or from a partner post lands in the same bucket, and you cannot tell which campaign earned the money.
The place people clicked: facebook, google, newsletter. Keep it lowercase with no spaces, because analytics tools treat different capitalisation as different sources.

The name of the push, for example launch_sep or sale_1010. Agree on one convention and stick to it all year instead of letting everyone invent their own.

What is a dynamic QR code and how is it different from a static one?
A static code carries the content itself, so once printed it is fixed forever and cannot be counted. A dynamic code carries an orova.vn/l/ redirect instead, which lets you change the destination and count every scan without reprinting anything.
Do I have to reprint the code to change the destination?
No. With a dynamic QR code the image stays exactly the same; you edit the destination in the app and the very next scan goes to the new page.
How do I scan a QR code with my phone?

What is UTM?
UTM is a set of five parameters added to the end of a link — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content — so analytics tools know which campaign and channel a visit came from. Orova fills them in for you when you create a short link, so nothing gets mistyped.
