Why training teams choose the Orova LMS
Your team supplies the key points; the elearning authoring tools write the lessons, build the slides, record the podcast and cut the video. The owner reviews and brings it in line with company standards.
Online quizzes and written answers alike come back already graded. Your team only reopens the ones worth a second look instead of marking from scratch.
Clear the pass mark and the certificate goes out on its own, each with a public code — HR or a client can verify it themselves.
Courses running in parallel, learners split into groups, and assigning LMS training to the whole company or one department is a couple of clicks.
A shared room the whole class joins at once; quick correct answers push names up the board — well suited to classroom sessions.
Change the colours, the fonts per area, upload your own brand typeface and let AI draw the cover — learners see your company, not ours.
What a training department needs, in one LMS
Standardise the elearning content, assign it to the right people, enforce completion and prove the result.
Three ways to assign: the whole workspace, named individuals, or a learner group you define. Workspace access splits into owner, admin and editor roles, with viewing and editing gated separately.
How far each person got, how many seconds they stayed and how often they came back — recorded per learner, so nobody has to ask around.
Mark a lesson required, hold learners for a set number of seconds that only count while the tab is actually in front of them, block skipping ahead, block downloads, and allow one attempt each.
Eight question types for the exam maker to draw on. Written answers are graded by AI, switchable off at any time and falling back to manual marking without losing work; grading runs on the server, so the key never reaches the learner.
Automatic once the mark is cleared. Each carries its own serial, typed into the public lookup page to confirm it, and downloads as a PDF to print or file.
Package a course and load it into whichever learning management system your company already runs — Moodle, Canvas or another. The content isn't locked to one platform.
Colour palette, fonts per area, upload your licensed corporate typeface, and course covers drawn by AI from your description.
Each person picks their own, which suits companies with staff across several countries.
Written lessons, slides, video, podcast and flashcards — upload your own or let AI build them. Slide decks and PowerPoint up to 40MB, podcasts up to 200MB.
Five formats the AI produces: written lessons; 1280×720 slide decks with a chat box for fixing a single page; podcasts as a solo narrator or two hosts across 30 voices; slides turned into video with narration and subtitles; and flashcard sets of 12–30 cards. All 30 voices can be previewed before you record, at no cost.

From assigning the online course to handing over the certificate
Learners open a laptop and start; your training team sees every step inside the LMS.
The whole company, one department or a few names — once assigned, the course shows up in their account.
How far each person got, how long they stayed, how often they came back — all on the tracker.
Eight question types; written answers come back pre-graded for your team to check.
Issued automatically at the pass mark, each with a serial anyone can verify.

Frequently asked questions
What is an LMS, and is Orova Training one?
LMS stands for learning management system — the place a company keeps its courses, assigns them, tracks progress and issues certificates. Orova Training is a cloud LMS, so there is nothing to install: open an account and you can build a course, run an online quiz and manage staff training the same day. Where it differs from familiar learning management software such as Moodle or Canvas is that the authoring and the marking are done by AI.
Where does our training data sit, and who can see it?
In your company's own workspace. Viewing anything means signing in and holding the right permission, so another department can't see your material or your learners' work. The only thing exposed outside is the certificate lookup page, and even that needs the exact serial.
How do permissions work across the training team?
By workspace role: owner, admin and editor. Viewing and editing are gated separately, so whoever writes the material, whoever marks it and whoever only reads the reports stay out of each other's way. Billing is restricted to the owner.
What does Orova Training do for a training department?
It carries the whole course: writing the material, building the slides, recording the podcast, producing the video, making the flashcards, setting and marking the quiz, assigning it to the right group, tracking progress and issuing certificates. Sign-off stays with your team — the legwork is what gets taken off you.
What if the team has never authored course material?
Supply a few key points and let the AI finish it. A course takes ten kinds of material, five of which the AI makes: written lessons, slides, podcast, video and flashcards. Slides and video have a chat box for fixing a page. Prefer to do it yourself? Upload a PDF or PowerPoint deck up to 40MB, a podcast up to 200MB, or paste a video link.
Can we trust AI to grade written answers?
Your team can read every one back and change the score. Don't want it at all? Switch AI grading off. Run out of quota and the papers simply wait for manual marking — nothing is lost and learners can still submit.
How do we prove someone actually studied?
Four settings tighten it up: mark a lesson required; hold them for a set number of seconds that only count while the tab is really in front of them, not left open elsewhere; block skipping ahead and block downloads; and allow one attempt only. The tracker shows time spent and number of opens per person — enough to file as a record.
Can certificates be verified?
Yes. Each one has its own serial — type it into the public lookup page and it shows up. Certificates go out automatically once a learner clears the mark you set. Upload your own design or have AI draw it and then message it for changes, and download a PDF to print.
What is the ranked quiz mode?
One shared room: you open it, learners wait in the lobby with music playing, and the question appears for everyone at once. Answer correctly and quickly to score higher, and the board reshuffles after each question. The ordinary take-it-on-your-own quiz is still there too.
Can we move a course to another LMS?
Yes. Export it as a SCORM 1.2 package and load it into the learning management system your company already runs — Moodle, Canvas or any LMS that reads SCORM — so the material you've built isn't locked to one platform.
Will it work for staff abroad?
Yes. The interface comes in nine languages and each person picks their own. The podcast narration offers thirty voices to suit the material.
