Why hiring teams choose this AI recruitment software
No more skimming hundreds of resumes and going with your gut, no more interviewing a dozen people just to be safe.
Talk while it writes. You leave the room with the write-up already done.
People only see their own roles, emails go out as things progress, and nobody has to chase anybody.
AI runs the whole loop — you just pick the hire
The nine most time-consuming jobs in a hiring round, now done for you.
Jot a few points down and the AI turns them into a job description template you can edit line by line.
You decide what matters, and every CV is judged in that order.
Any number of resumes, photos and scans included.
Every score points at the actual line in the CV, no hand-waving.
Behavioral interview questions per candidate, each listing what a strong STAR answer should contain.
You keep the conversation going; the writing gets handled.
Candidates side by side, with the gaps visible at a glance.
A double-booked room or hour is blocked the moment you try.
Each step sends its own message, so you don't have to remember.
Read resumes on evidence, not on a hunch
Every CV for a role is scored against the same criteria, each score quotes the line that earned it, and every candidate keeps a status inside one applicant tracking system.

Each criterion scores 0–100 and must quote the line in the CV that proves it; a missed required criterion is out however high the total.
AI score, your own verdict, the interview conclusion, the booked slot and every email sent, kept per role.
Behavioral interview questions per candidate from the JD and CV, each listing what a strong STAR answer should contain.

Frequently asked questions
What is an ATS, and is Orova Recruit one?
An ATS — applicant tracking system — is the software that keeps track of applicants: where each resume sits, what stage it is at, who owns it, what has been sent. Orova Recruit does exactly that per role: resumes, scores, your own verdict, the interview conclusion, the booked slot and every email sent all live together, so candidate tracking software and the AI screening are the same tool rather than two.
Is this a recruitment CRM as well?
For the hiring side, yes in practice. Each candidate keeps a record you can reopen — CV, scores with quoted evidence, notes from every interview round and the emails they received — which is the part of candidate relationship management a hiring team actually uses. It is not a sales CRM and it does not run marketing campaigns to candidates.
How do I run STAR interview questions with it?
Generate the question set for a candidate and each question comes with what to listen for, broken into concrete parts. Ask the candidate to walk through the situation, the task, what they did and what came out of it, then tick the parts their answer covered — the score follows from that instead of from a gut feeling.
How does it compare with Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit or Workday?
Those are established hiring platforms and many teams run them well. Orova Recruit is narrower and AI-first: one workspace where the AI writes the JD, scores the CVs with quoted evidence, writes the interview questions and takes the notes, with every feature open on every account and pricing that follows usage. If you already run one of them for a large HR stack, treat Orova Recruit as the screening and interview layer rather than a replacement for payroll or headcount planning.
What does Orova Recruit do for me?
It handles the whole hiring round for you. Writing the job description, reading and ranking the resumes, preparing questions for each person, taking notes during the interview, comparing candidates, booking the slots and sending the replies. You still make the call — the legwork is what gets taken off you.
Can it read resumes in any format?
Yes. Word files, PDFs, photos and scans all work, for the job description as well as the CVs. Each role takes up to 500 resumes, each file under 10MB.
What is the scoring based on?
The criteria set for that role — and you can edit every line of it. Each criterion is scored from 0 to 100 and has to quote the line in the CV that proves it. Mark a criterion as required and a resume that misses it is out, however high the total.
What about multi-round interviews?
Each candidate keeps as many rounds as you need. Save a round and the notes and questions stay put while the screen clears for the next one. Open an old round any time to read it back.
Do I need to install anything for it to take notes?
Nothing at all. Tap the mic, start talking, and the words appear. It listens in 56 languages, and this part is free.
Who do candidates hear from?
Your company mailbox, so they see your name and not Orova. You set "at this stage, send this message" up front, the system sends it, and each person gets each message once.
Can anyone outside see the candidates?
No. Resumes and recordings sit in your company's own area, with no link that opens them. Viewing one means signing in and being assigned to that role, so other teams can't see them either. Delete a role by mistake and you can get it back.
So the AI decides instead of me?
No. It ranks and shows the evidence; picking and passing is still your click. Even the offer letter it drafts leaves the salary and start date blank for you to fill in.
