/ Orova Social guide
Using Orova Social
step by step.
One whole post, end to end — from the first connected channel to something that goes out on time across several platforms at once.
Orova Social lives inside a workspace — the shared space where you and your colleagues work. Opening the module, you group your channels into projects, connect the platforms, then everything else happens in the composer and the calendar. This guide follows the order you will actually work in: set up a project and connect channels, compose a post with a hand from the AI, schedule and lay it out on the calendar, post in bulk, make Reels, then set the brand profile.
One principle runs through all of it: you post from here straight to the platforms' own accounts — no password ever reaches Orova, and every AI call (rewriting a caption, drawing an image, building a Reel) uses quota.
01 · Projects & channels
Set up a project and connect channels
Opening Orova Social, the first thing is to group channels into projects — one project per brand or per client, keeping the channels, brand profile and posts apart.
What you can do here
- 1
Start with a project. Open the Projects tab. Each project holds its own channels, brand profile and list of posts, so you can run several brands at once without one's posts spilling into another.
- 2
Ten platforms to connect. Facebook Page, Instagram Business/Creator, Threads, YouTube, Website (WordPress), API (webhook), Zalo OA, TikTok, Telegram, and LinkedIn — both a personal profile and a company Page. Each channel shows its own connect box.
- 3
Sign in on the platform, not through us. Each channel connects through that platform's own sign-in, so no password reaches Orova. Some platforms (the Meta family) need an admin to set the app keys once under Admin → Settings → API before the Connect button appears.
- 4
Platform limits worth knowing. TikTok needs domain verification and a passed audit before it posts publicly. Some Zalo OA plans do not allow posting through the API. YouTube keeps the video private until the app passes the API audit — then switch it to public in YouTube Studio.
02 · Compose
Compose a post, let AI write the caption and an image
The composer lets you write one post, preview it per channel, then publish now or schedule it. The title is only to find it later; the Content is the text that goes out, and long posts get trimmed.
What you can do here
- 1
Write once, preview per channel. Type into a single post; the preview on the right changes for each channel you pick. Once channels are chosen, publish now or schedule it; with no channel picked the post is saved as a draft.
- 2
Let AI rewrite the caption. The Rewrite button has the AI polish or restyle your text, following the brand profile (tone and no-gos). Each AI call uses quota.
- 3
Attach images or let AI draw one. Attach up to 10 images (JPG/PNG/WEBP, ≤ 8 MB each), or press Create image to have the AI draw one from your description. Drawing an image uses quota too.
- 4
No channel yet? saved as a draft. With no channel selected the post saves itself as a draft. Once a channel is connected, a scheduled post goes out on time on its own — you don't have to sit and watch.
03 · Schedule & calendar
Schedule to the second, and the monthly calendar
Pick the date and time while you compose. The time follows your device; leave the date empty and the post stays a draft.
What you can do here
- 1
Pick a date and time. Set the date, hour and minute. Press Schedule and the post moves to Scheduled; to undo it press Clear schedule and it returns to a draft.
- 2
Published to the second. A scheduled post does not wait for the nearest five-minute tick. The system wakes and posts at the exact second you set, so the publish time matches the number you see.
- 3
See the whole month at a glance. The calendar has Day, Week and Month views. Drag a post to another slot to change its time. The grid step is 15, 30 or 60 minutes so you can set times cleanly.
- 4
Drafts are not on the calendar. Drafts have no date yet, so they do not appear on the calendar — find them under Posts. Click an empty day on the calendar to open the composer straight for that day.
04 · Bulk posting
Post many at once
When you have a batch ready, you don't schedule each one by hand. Bulk mode takes the whole list and spreads the schedule for you.
What you can do here
- 1
Single or bulk. Single mode is for composing and scheduling one post at a time. Bulk mode is for loading many at once — handy when the content is already prepared elsewhere.
- 2
Upload a list, the system spreads it. Bring in the whole list and the system spreads the posts across the schedule instead of making you set a time for each one.
- 3
Still tracked in one place. Bulk-spread posts still appear together under Posts and on the calendar just like single posts, so you can edit, re-time or delete them the usual way.
05 · Video & Reels
Make vertical Reels with subtitles
Reels builds short videos from a piece of footage or an existing video, cropped to a vertical 9:16 frame for posting. The Reels builder is separate from the ordinary composer.
What you can do here
- 1
Bring a video in, then crop to 9:16. Upload your own video or pick an existing one. When the video does not fit vertical, choose one of three ways: Zoom to fill, Fit with a blurred background, or Fit with a solid colour.
- 2
Voice-over from a script. Add a voice-over by typing the script, or let the AI write the script from the video itself. Then pick the reading voice for the narration.
- 3
Automatic subtitles that fit the frame. Turn on automatic subtitles, then set the font, size, colour, background and position (bottom or middle). The subtitles are kept inside the frame, not spilling over the edge.
- 4
One video, many clips. The AI cuts by complete thoughts: by number of clips, by seconds per clip, or by your notes (one idea per line). Each clip may differ by a few seconds from the setting so a sentence isn't cut off.
06 · Brand
A brand profile for each project
The brand profile holds the tone, the colours and the no-gos so every post in the project follows them. You add items by type, and the page saves itself.
What you can do here
- 1
One profile every post follows. Set the tone, colours and no-gos once. AI captions and AI images both lean on this profile, so posts come out consistent without you repeating yourself each time.
- 2
Many kinds of brand item. Add an item and pick its type: Logo, Colour, Font, Post frame, Video frame, Contact, Description / tone, Products / services, Content pillars, Posting times, and Video end credit.
- 3
Logo, colours and hashtags. The logo is a transparent PNG/WEBP, 512×512 px, up to 8 MB. Primary and secondary colours are entered as #RRGGBB. Default hashtags are up to 200 characters, separated by spaces.
- 4
Falls back to the workspace. A project with no logo of its own uses the workspace logo. You can set a project logo at any time, and removing it returns to the shared one.
