/ Getting started
Sign up & create
a workspace.
Create your Orova account, claim the welcome Quota, and set up your workspace — six short steps, no installation needed.
Orova is an AI marketing agent that runs entirely in your browser. To use it you need a free account and a workspace — the shared space where your team and your work sit. The good news: signing up creates the workspace for you. This guide walks through the whole path, from the sign-up form to your first project.
01 · Sign up
Open the sign-up page
Everything in Orova starts with a free account. There is nothing to install — Orova runs in the browser.

- 1
Go to orova.vn. Open the Orova website in any modern browser. The account you create works on desktop and mobile alike.
- 2
Click “Register”. The Register button sits at the top right of every page. It takes you to the sign-up form. If you already have an account, use “Sign in” instead.
02 · Your details
Enter your details
The sign-up form asks for three things. Only your email and a password are required.
- 1
Full name (optional). A display name for your account — for example “Nguyễn Văn A”. You can leave it blank and add it later.
- 2
Email (required). Use a real email address you can access. It becomes your login and the address Orova uses for password resets and notifications.
- 3
Password (required). Choose a password of at least 8 characters. Pick something you do not use elsewhere.
03 · Create account
Create your account
Click “Create account”. Orova sets up your account straight away — there is no email confirmation step to wait for.
- 1
Claim the welcome Quota. Every new account starts with a 1,000 Quota welcome bonus. Quota is the credit Orova spends on AI tasks — writing articles, running analysis, using the assistant.
- 2
If sign-up fails. The most common reason is an email that is already registered — try signing in instead, or use “Forgot password”. A password shorter than 8 characters is also rejected.
04 · Your workspace
You land in your workspace
Right after sign-up, Orova opens your dashboard. This is your workspace — the shared space where your team, your projects, and your work live. You do not need to create it; it is ready the moment your account exists.

- 1
The left sidebar. The sidebar lists every area of Orova. It is how you move between modules — Orova SEO, reports, your wallet, and more.
- 2
The Quota counter. Near the top of the sidebar, Quota shows the credit left in this workspace. Click it to open the wallet and review every transaction.
- 3
Switch language. The language selector changes the dashboard language. It does not change the language your articles are written in.
05 · First project
Create your first project
A project represents one website that Orova grows for you. Creating a project is the first real step inside a fresh workspace — everything else (keywords, articles, reports) belongs to a project.

- 1
Open Orova SEO and click “+ Create project”. Give the project a name (a label only you see) and, when you are ready, your website URL. The URL can be added later, but Orova needs it before it can analyse or publish.
- 2
Connect your website. Inside the project you connect WordPress, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console so Orova can publish articles and measure how they perform.
The full project setup — connections, AI quality level and writing voice — is covered in the Orova SEO guide.
06 · Coming back
Signing back in
Your work is saved to your account, so you can leave and return any time.

- 1
Sign in. Use “Sign in” at the top of orova.vn, then enter the email and password you registered with.
- 2
Forgot your password?. On the sign-in screen, click “Forgot password”, enter your email, and Orova sends a reset link. Open the link to set a new password.
